After Dark is the first release, bottled in 2021 after 8 years in a single 100 litre American oak ex-Bourbon cask. 138 bottles were produced.
It shows a deep golden colour with aromas of vanilla and sweet cigar smoke. On the palate there are flavours of butterscotch, caramel and coffee with hints of spice and marzipan. The finish shows hints of maple syrup and liquorice.
With these characteristics, After Dark is a drink that lends itself to the end of the day.
Lightning Strike is the second release, bottled in 2022. The product of the combination of two quite different casks, both aged 9 years. The result is a whisky of great character and depth. 228 bottles were produced.
The colour is deep amber and on the nose there are elements of sweet toffee and vanilla. On the palate there are nuances of leather and charred wood.
There is a fresh hint of petrichor on the finish, which invokes the name Lightning Strike.
Man Grove is the third release, bottled in 2023 after 10 years in a single 100 litre American oak ex-Bourbon cask, and finished for 12 months in a 200 litre cask. 114 bottles were produced.
The colour is caramel and the aroma is of honey and vanilla. There is ripe pineapple and other tropical fruits on the palate, balanced by an earthy richness and soft malted cereal finish.
